A duo of perfectly matched musical partners – the mezzo-soprano Eva Garajová and the Slovak piano legend Marián Lapšanský – lead us into the realm of Czech songs and piano music. The concert programme includes works by Vítězslav Novák and Zdeněk Fibich whose birth anniversaries we celebrate this year.

“The mezzo-soprano Eva Garajová is the kind of a demanding and thoughtful singer

who strives for maximum interpretative accuracy and a perfect understanding of the music and its message.”

Jiří Štilec,

Hudební rozhledy magazine, June 2016

“Marián Lapšanský, probably the best-known  Slovak pianist in the Czech Republic,

is not only a renowned soloist,  but also a highly experienced accompanying partner.”

Luboš Stehlík,

Harmonie magazine, March 2017
